Blog #19. Chakra clearing improves your physical health.

Hi earth angels. Happy new moon. New moons bring the energy of new beginnings and a chance to start fresh. New moons are dark and offer the opportunity to release what no longer serves you especially pain, hurt, stress and anxiety. Each new moon is a chance to reset and plant the seeds of new beginnings like gentleness, self compassion and inner peace. 

I am just returning home from a family vacation in the mountains of Colorado and we experienced lots of new beginnings. One highlight was climbing up to the continental divide and having a snowball fight in July! 
It was a joyful moment in time that made my heart happy. 

In the 3rd practice in my book “Release and lead with your heart” I share the heartbreaking story of my fathers murder and how that traumatic event filled my heart with hurt, grief and pain. The practice of releasing and leading with your heart is not for the faint of heart. It takes courage to feel your feelings and choose to receive your angel's love. 

 It was through giving myself permission to feel and release the suppressed pain and hurt from my fathers murder by receiving my angels love, that I could be fully present for that joyful family snowball fight.


Your angels are always sending you love. Receiving your angels love to heal your body happens through your chakra system because it's easier for your human body to receive the pure love of your angels through your energy body.


Chakras are spinning energy centers that run along the length of your spine connecting your physical body to your energy body. You have 13 spiritual chakras from the earth star chakra, 10 inches below your feet up tp the stellar gateway chakra the highest point of your aura. Each chakra is connected with the major organ system and nerve plexus in your body as well as Archangels. The Archangels, who are unlimited beings of pure love and light, are the guardians of that chakra and are devoted to healing your physical body, the home of your soul.

Your heart is the gateway to your angels love and the center of your being both physically and spiritually. Blog #18 Your heart is the gateway to your angels love. 
Hi earth angels and light warriors. 
Happy full moon lunar eclipse. Happy 4th of July, independence day and happy second half of 2020. It's time to celebrate all the growth that has occured over the past 6 months as we step into the second half of 2020. Also celebrating all the miracles that have unfolded and all the quantum leaps you have taken,  The full moon is also a time to receive divine downloads from your angels through your intuition. And the eclipse energy can unlock a deeper awareness of both your light and your shadow. The angels say that as you love your shadow you will receive and ground more of your angels love into your body. 

Revealing the details of my childhood traumas in writing is a vulnerable and kind of scary process. It is also healing and liberating as each time I share my truth another level of transformation occurs. 

The story I share in practice #3 Release and lead with your heart is very emotional and exposes the wound of hurt and abuse I experienced as a child. After years of poverty, mild neglect and sexual abuse, when I was 11 years old our family suffered the trauma of my father being murdered. As you can imagine this caused many “issues in the tissues” to be lodged in my body and heart, including grief, anger and deep hurt to name a few. 

As a teenager I walked around with this mountain of hurt in my heart that led me to be defensive and angry most of the time. It wasn't until I began my massage and yoga career that I realized all these issues were in my physical body, especially my shoulders, just waiting for me to take care of them. Even after becoming a LMT and yoga teacher it took many moons for me to look at my wounds and begin the healing process. 

Creating the steps to practice #3 Release and lead with your heart, allowed me to see and celebrate all the growth that has transpired since that heartbreaking moment of my fathers death to this sacred moment in time 30 years later. 

My intention is to share my authentic story so you can begin to heal your heart and receive more love from your angels to heal your physical body. As I devote myself to embodying the practices in my book, I feel practice #3 takes the most courage out of all the practices and is not for the faint of heart. 

It's important to know that your heart is the gateway to your angel's love. In all spiritual traditions your heart is the center of your being and is essential for life itself both physically and spiritually. Your heart is vast, like your soul, and filled with unconditional love. In the chakra system your heart is seen as the center chakra btw the lower physical chakras and upper spiritual chakras. Your heart is an alchemical space where the transformation of deep wounds of hurt, pain, grief and betrayal can be healed. Your angels are always sending you love especially directly into your heart chakra. 

Your heart has the ability to both release and transform any “issue in the tissue”. Releasing is not numbing, escaping or getting rid of your parts. Releasing is a sacred surrender of control and a letting go of what no longer serves you, even if at one time it did serve you. My judgment and angry parts served to protect me when I was younger but when I became a mom, those were not helpful energies any longer.

Step 1. Intention and Invocation. Your intention or fuel is how you want to feel. Invocation is welcoming the Archangels of the practice to support you in releasing and leading with your heart. 

“I invoke the loving power of Archangel Chamuel, Archangel Zadkiel, Archangel Azrael and archangel Jeremiel to surround me and help me lead with my heart. I’m willing to release all hurt, heartache, grief and any blocks in my heart so I can receive more love and compassion from my angels. I dedicate the healing I receive today to the healing and enlightenment of all my relations in the 4 corners of the world in all directions of time.”

Step 2. Gratitude. The attitude of gratitude is the key to opening your heart. Your angels are so grateful for you and your human journey and they are devoted to helping you heal your body and your body soul connection. Your angels invite you to see the gifts and blessings in each experience by being grateful. 

Step 3. Tame the mind. In this step your angels guide you to slow down your thoughts and to sync your heart and mind, so they work in unison. When your mind is calm there is space for your angels love and healing. 

Step 4. Release hurt or pain. Releasing can sometimes feel really good and at other times be uncomfortable. Releasing happens in layers and can not be forced. It is totally normal in the releasing process for your body to twitch or shudder and for your emotions to rise and fall. Releasing is a conscious and explicit practice to create transformation. 

Step 5. Relax and Receive unconditional love. To complete the releasing process it's essential to receive your angels love and healing. Allow your angels love to flow into your heart and mind.
